Sri Yantra.
This art work has been created from the Sri Yantra;
a type of mandala with geometric patterns. Sri Yantra literally means loom, instrument or machine. In actual practice, a yantra is a symbolic representation of aspects of divinity, the creative forces of the universe. It is a diagram formed by nine interlocking triangles that surround and radiate out from the central (bindu) point.
Inspired by the divinity and sacredness of this design, I have used vibrant deep coloured inks on Archers watercolour paper and Japanese brushes to create a beautiful mandala.
An artwork is ideal for your meditation room, yoga space or even to use with crystal gridding.
