For the purpose of processing your order, we may disclose your details to: Our payment gateway service provider and postage/courier companies. We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.

SECTION 4 – SHOPIFY & EWAY

Our store is hosted on Shopify. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through Shopify's data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall. Shopify includes an SSL certificate that uses industry standard 128 bit encryption technology. This is the same level of encryption used by large banks to keep your information secure.

Payment:

Solart uses the eWAY Payment Gateway for its online credit card transactions. eWAY processes online credit card transactions for thousands of Australian merchants, providing a safe and secure means of collecting payments via the Internet. All online credit card transactions performed on this site using the eWAY gateway are secured

• Payments are fully automated with an immediate response.

• Your complete credit card number cannot be viewed by Solart or any outside party.

• All transactions are performed under 128 Bit SSL Certificate.

• All transaction data is encrypted for storage within eWAY’s bank-grade data centre, further protecting your credit card data.

• eWAY is an authorised third party processor for all the major Australian banks.

• eWAY at no time touches your funds; all monies are directly transferred from your credit card to the merchant account held by Solart.

SECTION 5 - THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us. However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions.
