In the event your artwork or jewellery is damaged when received, please let us know immediately!
Contact us with a photograph and description of the damage and we’ll be happy to offer a refund or replacement.
Due to the many variations in monitors and browsers, colours may appear different on different monitors and devices.
Repairs are assessed on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us for more information.
Returns are eligible for refund within 7 days of receipt, and store credit or exchange within 14 days of receipt. All returns require pre-authorization via email and must be in original, unworn condition and properly packaged with tracking. Solart cannot be liable for loss or damage in transit. Custom orders and sale items are not returnable.
