All orders are carefully packed and sent via Australia Post from my studio in the beautiful Dandenong Ranges, Victoria.

Most orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days. 

During collection launches, markets or sale events, dispatch times may be a little longer. If this happens, I'll always do my best to keep you updated. We will aim to have orders out within 5-7 business days.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import charges that may apply in their country.

Returns

I hope you absolutely love your Solart jewellery. If for any reason it isn't quite right, I'm here to help.

Wear it and love it Guarantee

Solart jewellery is designed to be incredibly lightweight and comfortable to wear.

If your earrings feel too heavy or cause irritation, please contact me within 30 days of receiving your order. I'll happily arrange an exchange, store credit or refund.

Change of Mind

If your order isn't quite what you were expecting, you're welcome to return it within 30 days of receiving it.

To be eligible for a return, your jewellery must be:

- unworn
- in its original packaging
- in resaleable condition

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer, and I recommend using tracked shipping as Solart cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.

Faulty or Damaged Items

Every piece is carefully handcrafted and checked before it leaves my studio.

If your order arrives damaged or you believe there is a fault with your jewellery, please contact me as soon as possible with your order number and a photograph of the item. I'll organise a replacement, repair or refund as quickly as possible.

Every effort has been made to accurately display the colours of each design. Please note that colours may vary slightly between different screens and devices.
